Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment from our Whately, MA factory Monday-Friday, and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
We offer a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. For a return authorization within 14-days of receipt submit a claim online.
